Where there's danger, there's young Jack Sampson - whether he likes it or not! It's summer break and Jack is in North Chicago to pick up his girlfriend for a cruise back to small—town Illinois. Then a mysterious murder shocks the town and derails their plans. The two decide to stay - but no one is safe, not even Jack, when there's an unknown killer at large.
