Children Yoga unfolds through Cosmic Education.  Cosmic Education is about the Universe and the connection between humans and the Cosmos.  When children learn to breathe, stretch and relax; they will understand their inter-connectedness with nature.  Every child’s yoga experience is unique.  Our existence has infinite potential.
