Couscous

Writing a cookbook was not something I had in mind.  What I love the most is not only cooking, but sharing meals with people I cherish.  

I often invite friends and family over.  Each time I think carefully about the menu I will prepare for them.  Every meal is an opportunity for me to evaluate and adjust my recipes for the best culinary experience.

This book is one of a series called “cooking in Casablanca” and includes 9 couscous recipes, one of them being a very unique couscous stuffed turkey.
