Am Beginn meiner Arbeit stand das Interesse die Auswirkungen der Adaptierung der Organisationsstruktur hinsichtlich des strukturellen Konfliktes von Kunden- sowie Produktbereich zu analysieren. Vertrauensvolle und intime Gespräche mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in unterschiedlichen Funktionen des Unternehmens haben mir ermöglicht, die folgende Konfliktsituation in dieser Form zu beschreiben und Lösungsansätze aufzuzeigen.

Ein struktureller Konflikt oder Organisationskonflikt ist aus meiner Sicht ein sehr komplexes Konstrukt von Zusammenhängen und Abhängigkeiten auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen. Schlussendlich führte mich die Behandlung dieses Themas zur Überzeugung, dass eine Organisation ohne Konflikte bzw. Konfliktbereitschaft nicht überlebensfähig ist.
