Devils in the Confessional

In the winter of 1873, an old gunslinger and a fierce young woman set out on a trail of vengeful reckoning against a scourge of outlaws known as the Faceless Ghosts. Through a hail of blood, guts, and gunfire they fulfilled the young woman’s vendetta. What the old gunslinger didn’t expect however, was he would also remember what it was to be a father again.

Now, eight years later and with more sunrises behind him than ahead, Cullen Travers is restless. He struggles to find a place in the world as those he loves look to bright futures adorned in family and love. But the cold blood of a killer still courses through his veins and a lust for blood he thought he buried with the Faceless Ghosts demands to be slaked. Thus, when the former preacher, Isaac Teller, comes to his door with the proposition to aid an ailing mining town deep in the Cascades, Cullen straps on his gun belt one more time.

Despite the protestations of his surrogate family, the old gunslinger cannot deny his vicious desire. The storm of bullets, the haze of gun smoke, and the river of blood, but most of all he cannot stop himself from facing off against a rival bounty hunter from his past. No matter what it may cost him.
