Divinity

Divinity is a book of poems that will take you to a higher level in your belief, faith - your relationship with Jesus Christ, as your Lord, and Savior. These are poems of personal celebration that will release the boldness in your spirit and the joy of your conviction; poems to recite at any gathering, to testify of God’s amazing presence in your life, as you encourage others to seek Him! We must spread the consciousness. We are joint heirs to a mighty Kingdom. Let us make a joyful noise celebrating it.


This book of poems portrays the deep conviction of a Christian.  Kwesi’s unapologetic belief and his desire to spread the word are truly commendable.  His poems emerge from deep within the recesses of his soul demanding attention, refusing to be ignored.  His paintings, which are exquisite representations of his Christian faith, spring from the pages with power and passion.  Hopefully, these poems and paintings will touch the hearts of many and help translate Kwesi’s love of God into love for all mankind.

Kwesi Oginga was born in Beterverwagting, Guyana. He is an Adjunct Professor in Theology at The Washington Institute of Theological Studies, in Reston, Virginia, and the Associate Pastor of New Life Ministries, a non-denominational, multi-ethnic Church in Silver Spring, Maryland. He is a graduate of Columbia School of Broadcasting, Baileys Crossroads; V.A. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology/ Christian Studies and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Grand Canyon University.
