Fa uns anys, la fotografia va esdevenir la meva passió. La vida, rica i canviant, em va portar per altres camins i la fotografia la vaig guardar en un calaix. Passats els anys, un dia obro el calaix i em retrobo amb la passió intacta. Però, el món havia canviat. Que podia fer amb els negatius antics? Vaig optar per utilitzar els avenços moderns. Els vaig escanejar. Els vaig retocar el mínim possible. El resultat és el llibre que tens a les mans. Un llibre que explica una passió. On hi ha records, llocs, idees, vides i persones. Un intent del passat per immortalitzar l’univers en un instant i poder reviure’l en el futur.

Years ago, photography became my passion. Life, rich and ever changing, took me down other pathways and photography was kept in a drawer. The years rolled by until one day I opened the drawer and I rediscovered my passion untouched. But, the world had changed. What could I do with my old negatives? I opted to use the modern advances. I scanned them. I retouched them as little as possible. The result is the book that you have in your hands. A book that retells a passion… memories, places, ideas, lives and people. An attempt by from the past to capture the universe in an instant to relieve it in the future.
