We Pietrangelos are cursed when it comes to love. My policy is one and done. I'm not interested in entanglements, but if there was anyone I'd want to tangle with again, it would be her. That feeling I had when I first saw her, it was a lot like what Italians call amore a prima vista, or love at first sight, if I believed in that sort of thing.

But I don't.
