El Dorado Middle School

Redefining Risk-taking Reflection: El Dorado Middle School has embraced these three actions as they strive to continue to innovate the classroom by using the Apple platform with a 1 to1 iPad Initiative. Each of the more than 450 students at EMS receive a iPad at the start of the year, along with the full Apple Suite of apps for content creation along with supportive technology such as video production equipment, STEM resources, and even a drone. As a previous Apple Distinguished School, EMS was one of the first schools in the nation to be able to integrate the Apple Everyone Can Code program using Swift Playground.
