The last remaining residents of Moorland Chalet Park are about to lose their homes to the sea. Twenty-year-old Lizzie Juniper can’t understand why they choose to stay in such a dangerous place. However, in the unseasonably sunny run-up to Bonfire Night, she makes some startling discoveries. It seems her entanglement with the local ‘lord of the manor’ is not the only secret lurking in Moorland Castle—the Booth family’s ancestral home.
