Scott McCully's parents are finally free, but their escape came with a price: his mother lies near death from an unidentified poison. Willing to do anything to save her, Scott teams up with his closest friends and his dad to hunt for the antidote in the heart of the Snake's lair.

The antidote was only bait, calculated to draw them into a death trap beyond anything even the experienced members of the team have seen. It will take all their combined cunning, skill, training, and faith to survive the lethal house of horrors.
