Explaining The ADA

The Americans with Disabilities Act is a fundamental civil rights law.

This book looks at the law from two perspectives:  Rights and Responsibilities. 

The rights grant protections and puts the United States on a path towards accessibility.  The overview presented here shows who is covered and what basic rights they receive. 

The overall responsibilities of businesses are covered in the second half.  A large resource section directs you to additional information.
