Fern Shapes Up to Form

Based at the local Police station, Agent Fern Forrest-Digby is a newcomer to the team.
A psychic with many talents, Fern is also a shifter. Being able to take on any form or shape, her talents are vast.
When she starts sifting through cold cases she stumbles on a file containing photographs of deceased women and nothing more. She knows they are dealing with a serial killer. Things start heating up rather fast as they unravel the clues.
