Five for the Money

Money changes everything, doesn't it? It's a topic of conversation around the water cooler, a wistful game of "what if?" played by anybody who's ever bought a lottery ticket. This book explores what sudden great wealth does to five ordinary people and how their lives change in extraordinary ways. Together, they learn the truth in the old saying, "Some people have money; some are rich."

"Five for the Money" is Doris Reidy's debut novel though her short fiction has been frequently anthologized. Her previously published non-fiction includes articles in Redbook magazine, Writer's Digest magazine, and a book review column for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She is currently working on a pair of novels and a themed compilation of short stories.
