I was fortunate enough to get a pre-release copy of Atomic Habits and jumped straight into it. I'm over half way through, maybe I'll jump to the end now. Lucy Score has done it again. Then I was excited because it’s in color. I couldn’t NOT tell anyone and everyone how amazing this book is. No one fights (even though Granddad has invested 5 million in son-in-law’s start-up). I began reading this book with very high expectations and it did not disappoint. You can go read the other popular books if you want to have a lot of scientific explanation, but this book offers enough of that already but more of actionable steps. It sounded like so many thrillers I have read in the past and I was quite grateful this turned out to be a relatively short book of just under 250 pages. The main character randomly meets and befriends a multi-millionaire friend (also happens to be the sister of the rich abuser), so leaving this relationship, at least financially, was not an issue. I want to see Ryle redeem himself and I want to see Lily live her happiness.
