HAL has trouble remembering things. He tries so hard, but he always ends up forgetting to do his tasks. When Mr. Cranium, his teacher, asks Hal to deliver an important envelope to the Principal’s office, Hal gets distracted and ends up in trouble again. But this time, Mr. Cranium has an idea of how he can turn his student into no-more-forgetful-Hal!
