This book is written for the many resilient children who are living during this pandemic and cooperating with parents and caregivers in many different ways. It tells the story of Finley Frog and Mommy Frog who encounter an unexpected disruption to their environment and learn to cope. The book has two versions. This version is written for differentiated learning. Written on the Book Creator platform, the font is optimized for individuals with dyslexia. A read aloud option, screen reader, and narrated descriptions of the illustrations are included for individuals with visual impairments. The illustrations depict a variety of emotions, which can be a useful tool for those who need practice identifying social cues. The book contains mental health resources and questions for discussion.
