High School of Dundee Cook Book. The reader will find lots of inspiring recipes throughout the book; some tried, trusted and tested by HSD pupils, some favourite recipes from home and some from the years when, aged five, Lesley first started to cook with her mother in their kitchen. Recipes include Coconut Pork with Crispy Noodles, Beef Massaman Curry and White Chocolate Ganache Raspberry Tarts.
