iPad Edition: The iHeartScan™ App is a cloud based echocardiography recording, storage and distribution system. It allows for real time data and multimedia recording of a study as well as secure in-app communications.

This book is the iHeartScan™ user manual. It is customised for the iPad. Another version customised for the iPhone is also available.

It is a cloud based echocardiography archiving system with integrated interactive reporting including representative images or videos. It also incorporates secure in-App messaging. Group sharing is a future feature.


It is intended to be a real clinical tool for the use by practitioners, and allows the lodging of interactive reports into the medical record.


A LITE version is present, which will allow the creation of records without any patient identification or multimedia inclusion. A limit may be placed in the number of studies retrievable in this version. A subscription service is available for the FULL version allowing access to all features.
