This cookbook is about more than just food. It is about how to survive combining a traditional Eastern European Jew with an Italian Catholic. Updated Feb. 23, 2024.

This cookbook will help those that want to try and bridge the gap between the two cultures.

I call it “Building Positive Connections Through Food”. It’s targeted to young – perhaps newly married – interfaith couples who might not know much about the others cultures.
