Introductory Algebra

Introductory Algebra connects arithmetic and prealgebra to reasoning and more abstract skills provided in beginning algebra courses. The chapters contain ways to solve equations containing an absolute value term; the distance formula between two points; and techniques to solve quadratic, rational, and other nonlinear inequalities.
