Is He Worth It‪?‬

To be betrayed by love and stalked by a psycho. This is my life. Imagine being in love with a man who, in the beginning, wines and dines you, loves you, and fulfills your fantasy—then snatches it all away, gets caught in your house butt–naked with another woman, and hits you when things are not going his way. Wait on him faithfully for two years only to find out he has a baby that is five months younger than your child. On top of that, he’s in prison, writing to someone who turns out to be a fraud. Once the secret is out, this stalker goes crazy and focuses on me and my children. This stalker sends someone to kill my children. This stalker, in the beginning, has no face to me. I’d never seen the stalker until he showed up at my front door and started calling my house nonstop, leaving threatening messages. He has all of my personal information—social security number, banking account—knows where my parents live; he knows my whole life. This stalker is an ex-correctional officer who is in love with my husband; this stalker is a man. Enough is enough. It’s time for me to get my life back and take matters into my own hands when the cops can’t seem to catch him. When it’s all said and done, you ask yourself, is he worth it?
