The author is currently retired and is always looking for something to keep herself busy--pet sitting being one of them. According to the author, pet sitting is just like an adventure as it offers a chance to meet animals: each one with a different character and a unique personality. In Kaley's Kat's Daily Dairy, the author recounts every little incident she experienced in one of these adventures, an adventure with the cat named Kaley.
