Kicker

I love all the children’s book I have written, but Kicker is special to me. It came out of thin air as I walked my dog each day. Every verse was created as we walked. This task was completed in about 40 walks. Kicker, as a human being, personifies many of us. She was born with a gift. She excelled because of her love of that gift. Her family recognized her talent and fostered her gift. Then, fate stepped in. Kicker’s dream for her future was erased. Time passed and fate stepped in again. A new dream emerged. What happens next?
