Kindred Spirits

It’s been five years since Lauren Bishop lost her husband, Carl, to a ski accident. Unable to let go of her grief she casts a spell to help her along, and moves to the family home she inherited in Havenport, Rhode Island.


On her first night in town, she runs into her husband’s best friend, Cooper Smith, who she hasn’t seen since Carl’s funeral. Each excited to be around someone familiar, they resume the friendship they once shared.


Has enough time passed, where they can get beyond the emptiness of the loss of Carl? Will Lauren and Cooper’s relationship become more than the memory of their friend? Will Lauren find happiness in Havenport?
