L.E.A.D.ership

A “practice” of leadership that intentionally develops  Love, Empathy, and Awareness as a method to create change.  Whatever that change may be, this practice of leadership will also create change by increasing Love, Empathy, and Awareness offering us new way to truly connect with one another and new magical ways to create.  This is in itself represents a change in our current paradigm.
