What lessons have you learned from your trauma? 

Living with regrets isn't for me. So instead, I look for the lessons I can take from each experience, regardless of whether it was a positive or negative experience. In this book, you'll find twenty-one lessons I've learned. Several were learned the hard way, so hopefully you can take these to heart and learn from my mistakes without needing to repeat them for yourself. And maybe, it'll save you a few years.
