Lift

Maybe there are days when the world feels too big and you don’t know where we belong. When that happens, know that you can reach out to the people around you to help lift you up. Even better, you can help lift them up too!

With a little kindness, we can all lift others up and cheer others on, and they can do the same for us. We can lift with our words and our actions. A smile or a hand on someone’s back can help make another person’s day better. We can make room at the table for everyone, showing that all people are welcome and that we care. Be a good and kind friend, and you’ll see that others will do the same for you.
