Veronica is a no-nonsense nurse working at her doctor father's surgery center. She thinks her doctor boyfriend is the perfect man - handsome, successful if not a little arrogant. But when her underachieving, old high school flame comes back to town, Veronica cannot help but be smitten with how he's changed. He's a youth pastor now and has turned his life around. Her parents want him to stay away from her but is this a case of God's plan coming into play later in life?
