Magic Everything

In the future magic dominates the world. Wizards rule and they make their own laws. Presidents bow or plummet from a great height. Witches among others have shared in the takeover, with their magic terrifying the non-magic people back into the mountains.
Richard Nickel awakens to find his beloved daughter Darcy gone without a trace. He is bedridden and there are few ways left to find her. His 2 sons Thomas and Thirsty are young, but his only option. Off into the world they are sent where even a powerful wizard wouldn't last the night.
Every creature of death is starving for a young wizard's blood. They are novice wizards at best, but there's no one else that can take on this burden. Darcy needs them.
