Maiwa’s Revenge

Maiwa’s Revenge is a book by H. Rider Haggard, first published in 1888. It is the eighth book in the Allan Quatermain series. A short novel, this installment of the series follows Quatermain as he goes on a hunting expedition and ends up in an adventure that involves rescuing a captured English hunter, and avenging an African princess called Maiwa, whose baby has been killed.
