Making New Friends

Desiree the Alien Engineer and her companions Theo and Risk are hurtling toward the climax of the 500 year mission they began with “1519.” Theo’s determined to complete their mission, even if it means angering powerful Desiree and unpredictable Risk. Meanwhile spies from countries around the globe are conspiring to steal their secrets. 


At her company V Motors, Desiree Mercedes is the top model and has found Elle again. Adrenaline junky Risk Coronet shreds Hawaii and Aspen commuting from Ginger Lin to Trin Trim on the JetStream his company makes. Neither wants to listen to Theo who should be happy with his gold mines in South Africa and his football club in London, not to mention the ageless and mysterious Vala Sunderland at this side. 


But ignoring Theo may not be an option. He may be their only hope for survival. In “2020” it’s hard to keep secrets and the more their new friends learn, the more dangerous they become.    


Iris Lau is a suicidal Red Army doctor whose only friend is the AI in her phone. When her father, the brutal Captain Ducet Lau, orders her to get close to Risk Coronet, she learns her target has not only rockstar good looks, but self-destructive urges that could spiral the couple into a crash and burn. 


Vlad Kobyla, a Russian oligarch, is persuaded by his wife Svetlana Yurieva, aka Sasha, to do a deal with Theo Gold to help her Mother Russia, Prof. Anastasia Yurieva, with her mission in the Arctic. But their plans could be scuttled by Vlad’s junior partner Sergey Rurik aka Bateau and his girlfriend Sky Blow, a Finnish model and Green who codes and stars as the Ice Princess in “Perestrioka.” 


Ekert Khan is a Brazilian industrialist gone rogue who believes fashion models are aliens from outer space, especially Desiree. He’d trade anything to get close to her, even Elle, the most beautiful alien he’s ever snatched from the slums. His business partner, the chill Monty Zuma, is just as obsessed with Desiree, because he thinks she can design cars to run on the fuel he grows.


When the American NSA hears what’s going on, Captain Mike Bloom in Hawaii dispatches NCIS agents Honey Kim and Tom Lee to find out what Chinsese spy Iris Lau wants with Risk. Meanwhile, Joe and Sam, women in the jungle undercover for the DEA, are ordered to find out what Spanish hotel magnet Trent Fox and his club manager Flora Hunt are helping Theo dig up in Mexico. And fashionista spies Danielle Craig and Don Cruise are willing to do anything it takes to penetrate Desiree’s inner circle.
