Every two years, the Electronic Business Group publishes a large outcome study of 100 detailed interviews with Marketing Directors from all sectors in order to understand the evolution of their job and observe the current issues. This 2015 edition published with SAS and Deloitte is interested in how Marketing Directions are positioned within their companies: their scope of action, collaboration and interaction with other departments, their role as an interface with the outside of the organization. An important part is devoted to the impact of the digital transformation of their business and analytical input to meet the evolving relationship with the customer.
