Master Shouwei Book One Echoes of the past

A rogue Eíen no (Eternal) known only as the Tyrant has been silent for the past 18 years, there has been no sightings of him or his Puppets.
Then one day in late October a quiet village yet again becomes the target of one of his puppets to seek and kill a member of the Wesker family. There is only one thing the Puppet”s brother can do, alert the gods that this time around things seem somewhat different.
