Although this book is aimed at struggling non-traditional students (typically defined as "over the age of 25"), the insights and techniques included in these pages can help any math student. The insights and techniques I share in this book came from my years as a high school math and physics teacher, from my subsequent years as a math coordinator at a university tutoring and support center, from years of teaching College Algebra for non-traditional and traditional students, and 13 years as a department chairperson in a university teacher education department.
