Mervin Mows the Park

Tom Goode discovers that not only can Mervin the Magic Mower talk, but he magically mows the lawns of people who cannot mow their lawns at night. This is a great mystery for the adults in the community because no one hears or sees Mervin doing his magic night mowing. The only person who knows is Mervin's friend Tom Goode. Tom and Mervin join up with his friend Richard and Richard's mower, Rosie the rotary mower, to help the families in the area by mowing the grass at the small park next to the French couple Mr and Mrs Haricot. When Tom and Richard finish mowing the lawns at the park, the Haricot's invite them over for some juice and Cat's Tongues biscuits.
