Microgreens, the Vegetable Confetti

Microgreens are nothing but sprouted grains and seeds used for human consumption. Microgreens are seeds sown and germinated in a properly sterilized growing medium and then allowed to grow into tiny seedlings of desirable length and size so that these seedlings can be used as vegetable greens or microgreens.
