Moving on

As the new employee who is resented by older employees, I encourage you to be confident and don't back bite. Although you have been treated with injustice, your situation should be based on honest facts because others may look at it in a different way. Furthermore, don't hold your co-worker/peer accountable for not being disciplined because it should be a concerned for your manager(s) who may not have witnessed your injustice or don't have any idea of your resentment. Most of the time the resentment you received had already done to other employees who chooses to quit and move on.
