K. M. Arthur (a pen name) was born in 1934 and lives in a small town. Their debut children’s book may contain some grammar errors, but bear in mind the author recorded the stories as they were relayed by Mr. Sniffy. Mr. Sniffy is really telling the story and is a doggie not an English major.
