Accidental detectives Jake and Emma Rand think they're done solving crimes. Jake is being tapped to run for County Attorney when the head of one of Casper's leading families is found shot to death in his home. Detective Matt Joyner is out of commission so Jake and Emma step in to crack the case. While they have plenty of suspects, there are no witnesses and hard evidence is scarce.
