My Next Breath

The amber rays of Asheville, N.C. welcome Tara Fowler Stallings back home for her granny's 70th birthday celebration. But before the events can get underway, Tara's newly sober mother, Maggie, vanishes, turning everyone's life upside down. Excited to have her daughter home, Maggie is desperate to restore their fractured relationship, but one phone call from a frantic friend sends Maggie on a mission to save a young girl from a life of sexual exploitation. Tara and Marcus embark on a dangerous search for Maggie. Their chase leads them through the city and suburbs of Asheville, revealing the ugly world of human trafficking.
