Mya

Mya is a story of an African princess and her mother sold into slavery by her father. It depicts the story of slavery through the eyes of a slave girl, who encountered a hierarchy of slavery due to her position in the slave community.

Oppression to Progression for Black Women in the West Indian Slave Trade is a story of fiction but is based on facts. It shows how women were treated by their own people and how they were treated in slavery. People appear to have forgotten about West Indian slave trade, and so I thought it was about time to enlighten them to what women especially had to endure.
