King Kong & King TUT are the offspring of King Beast , an ice cold hearted killer & drug dealer who ran the streets of New York City with an iron fist, during beast's execution his last words are Nostradamus-like predictions of how his two sons are the next runner ups in wreaking Havoc throughout the Burroughs, but the D.E.A. Agent that was responsible for bringing down the beast is eyeing closely the next two up & coming kings, and its more like he's hunting the trail of a legacy, when the boys discover the Royalness that runs through their veins.
