Nigeria is a blessed country with huge fortune, luck and prosperity but like the prodigal son, depravity and the mentality of careless wastefulness is engraved in its economic, political and social fabrics .The forces of ethnic and tribal rivalries, cross-matching and mistrust placed the country on a delicate socio-political balance fused with suspicion, tension and violence. But always at the tipping point, survival is in the soul of the people.
The book, Night Call, is a collection of poems which highlight the political, social and psychological melodrama and other intrigues that have continued to decorate the Nigerian social and political landscapes at every turn, and is expected to be the rule.
