Ode to Iceland

Gerry van Roosmalen (1963) graduated in 2004 at the Photo Academy in Apeldoorn, specializing in portrait and documentary photography. To gain more understanding of the medium, he decided, together with some former classmates under the inspiring guidance of Ine van den Broek, to additionally focus on landscape photography in 2006. Gerry has a penchant for arctic landscapes. The Icelandic landscape is the most dear to him. Besides his work as a photographer, he is a freelance tour guide and regularly has the opportunity to share his passion for Iceland with others during his tours.
