One Best Thing

For the last two years, Oak Grove School District 68 has held a district mini conference. This time has been deemed ‘Expert Day’, as the presenters at this day demonstrate a lesson or idea in which they are the ‘expert’ in their classroom. This venue is a place for teachers to present technology integration ideas and lessons to district teachers, administrators, and Board of Education members. The idea for this ‘Expert Day‘ arose from the the need for teachers to witness examples of excellence in technology integration, the use of technology hardware and software, as well as the importance of collaborating and sharing ideas to spark innovation in the district.
