Only the Ruthless

Clare is part of a trio of female vampire hunters who race to California after an infamous vampire named Rodrigo has escaped from prison. Wanting to capture the rich reward, the slayers are in competition both with each other and the powerful vampire who has killed numerous vampire hunters in the past. Rodrigo continues to evade capture, however, and Clare begins to realize that one of her fellow vampire hunters may have helped him escape.
