Brewmaster Annie Mooney is weeks away from realizing her dreams when the bottom drops out of her world. Her father's heart attack sends her spinning. While she's trying to come to grips with almost losing the most important man in her life a new man shows up…and threatens to call the cops on her.

It took pediatrician and neonatologist Ian Shelton decades to overcome a childhood fueled by his parents' alcoholism and abuse. He thought his demons were under control. Until he found a woman crying in the hospital smelling like a brewery and threatens to have her arrested for drunk driving.
