Scientific Sherman tries to find ways to destroy Plastic Man; then, Plas and Woozy stop a man dressing up as nursery rhyme characters to commit his crimes. Later The Zwili Cat, allegedly worth millions, is discovered to only hold marbles. In "The Grasshopper," a criminal gets the powers to leap like a grasshopper.
