Population Health Strategy at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center

This multimedia case explores the leadership challenges surrounding the implementation of a population health strategy at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.

This case is intended as a tool for sparking discussions about leadership, innovation, and change management in health care.
